Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998

The Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998 comprise Title IV of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (PL 105—220, also known as the WIA). You may download the entire act in PDF format (1mb).

Executive Order

Governor Bob Taft's Executive Order 2000—02T created the Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council and defined its structure, powers and duties.
