About the Project
The Ohio Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) will create opportunities for Ohioans with paralysis, and their family/support systems, to increase the education and development of skills needed to appropriately respond in the event of an emergency/disaster including preparation, response during and recovery in the aftermath.
